Last night while my daughter and I were watching a movie it became very warm, I realized the air conditioner wasn’t working. Earlier in the week I received a call from a woman offering a check up on my air for the summer. She was very nice and professional, I took her name and the company name All Star Heating and Cooling. I gave All Star a call around 10:00 last night, my first surprise was that a live person answered at that time of night, than I was given the option of seeing a repair man either with in the hour or this morning, because we were already up and getting hotter by the minute, I had the repair man over last night. When he got to my home he was very courteous and polite and fixed the problem immediately, without charging me a arm and a leg. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

**GREAT, PROMPT SERVICE, FAST AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING** Thank you All Star ! Your company provides great customer service!! I wish more company’s were like yours! I called on Monday and my AC is working within hours later. The technician came out did a quick walk through, diagnosed the problem while explaining what he was doing. Quick install, kept things immaculate during the install, thoroughly explained things, receptive to questions, and all around easy to work with. Workers showed up on time (they were actually even early which was a breath I fresh air). I strongly recommend All Star Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs a great air condition company. This is why we have taken the following steps outlined below to keep SAFETY & HOME COMFORT our top priority, while performing any new installation or maintenance on your home's heating and cooling system during the COVID-19 pandemic, making sure it is safe for you and our technician.

The steps we have implemented during the COVID-19 Pandemic

  • Our team will be following all the hygiene recommendations of the CDC as applicable. Each technician has disposable gloves to wear, and is carrying anti-bacterial soap and water so that they can wash their hands after every call.
  • All trucks and tools will be cleaned on a daily basis.
  • If you have experienced any illness in your home or have been in contact with someone known to have experienced illness, please let the dispatcher know so we can take proper precautions for our technician’s health and anyone they interact with during their day.
  • Per social distancing, we will not be shaking hands (although we will greet you with a smile).
  • We have waived the requirement for you to sign a tablet or paper at the completion of work, a simple verbal OK will now be taken as acceptance.
  • If it is necessary for us to repair your indoor unit (located in a closet or your laundry room) we will limit the amount of time spent in the home to the best of our abilities.
  • During a regular Maintenance tune-up we may ask you to raise or lower the temperature on your thermostat so that our technician does not have to enter your home.
