Every time I've called I've talked to Billie and let me say get customer service is on point, very knowledgeable and attentive to details. Has always had someone right out to me in a timely manner. James was my tech and he was awesome as well. Very detail oriented when going over my system and informing me. I wouldn't use anybody else ever again.

Guys went out of there way to get my ac going and clean and fixed some hole without asking just did on there own. Great experience. Awesome work ethic and very professional. Highly recommend this company for any work.

    review rating 5  I am very satisfied with All Star Heating and Cooling, beginning with Ben, my first contact who put James in contact with me. James came to my house on Sunday morning and gave me all the information on a new A/C unit. He was on time, friendly and very efficient. David and Stephen showed up bright and early on Monday morning ready to get to work. They explained what they were going to do and what to expect during the time they would be here. They were also friendly and very efficient. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I will recommend them to anyone who needs repairs or new installation. I give them five plus stars!!

    review rating 5  We just had all Star heating and cooling install our New Lennox heat pump. Dave C. And Alex were at our house at the time they promised. The job was completed efficiently and professionally, and they did a thorough cleanup after the work.. the price was reasonable and I would highly recommend this company for any heating or cooling work you need done. Kudos to Dave for explaining the entire process beforehand and giving us all the options to choose from. will definitely call on this company whenever I have a need for service or anything regarding HVAC!!!

    review rating 5  There are a lot of great things I can say about our experience with All Star Heating & Cooling. For example, they were the only ac company I contacted that had a real person answering the phone on a weekend. Within minutes a tech contacted me and within an hour he was at my home. The issue was diagnosed quickly and before long we had cold air running again. But that’s not the end of the story. There were a few problems. There was an issue with the part and a concern with being billed for the part while it was under warranty. When made aware of my concerns, the owner reached out to me for further information. I couldn’t help but be impressed with his determination to resolve the issues. And resolve the issues, he did. While most businesses placate their customers, All Star went above and beyond to do the right thing. I’ve always believed that the true measure of a company is how problems are handled. By this standard, All Star is a five-Star business. They have earned my trust and I will be a customer for life.

    review rating 3  My mother whom is 80 yrs old had a new HVAC system installed a few months ago. The system installed is a very good system. However, there were issue regarding the install. The owner, Mr. Hill contacted me wanting to resolve the issues which is scheduled to be worked on next week. I will be more then happy to change this review once the issues have been resolved.

They’re pricing is low compared to most companies these days but quality is superior! I recommend them to everyone who needs any kind of air conditioning needs. All Star Heating & Cooling has been deemed an essential business and will remain open for business and will to continue to provide the same excellent HVAC services to our community and is ready to take care of all of your heating and cooling needs. We specialize in indoor air quality and indoor air purification system installation.

With the current health crises and stay-at-home order issued to all Florida residents, we want to assure you that All Star Heating & Cooling is always prepared and ready to serve our community even in the toughest of times. We take pride in providing customers with the highest quality products and services. Our focus is to deliver the same great customer service even in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic. This is why we have taken the following steps outlined below to keep SAFETY & HOME COMFORT our top priority, while performing any new installation or maintenance on your home's heating and cooling system during the COVID-19 pandemic, making sure it is safe for you and our technician.

The steps we have implemented during the COVID-19 Pandemic

  • Our team will be following all the hygiene recommendations of the CDC as applicable. Each technician has disposable gloves to wear, and is carrying anti-bacterial soap and water so that they can wash their hands after every call.
  • All trucks and tools will be cleaned on a daily basis.
  • If you have experienced any illness in your home or have been in contact with someone known to have experienced illness, please let the dispatcher know so we can take proper precautions for our technician’s health and anyone they interact with during their day.
  • Per social distancing, we will not be shaking hands (although we will greet you with a smile).
  • We have waived the requirement for you to sign a tablet or paper at the completion of work, a simple verbal OK will now be taken as acceptance.
  • If it is necessary for us to repair your indoor unit (located in a closet or your laundry room) we will limit the amount of time spent in the home to the best of our abilities.
  • During a regular Maintenance tune-up we may ask you to raise or lower the temperature on your thermostat so that our technician does not have to enter your home.
